The Big Red Pot is a hand built ceramic bowl with two handles; Made out of white clay and glazed first in black glaze with a red coat.

Each interior object is handcrafted using traditional ceramic techniques and double-fired for optimal quality and durability. The elaborate manufacturing process begins with careful sculpting of the clay, followed by controlled drying to prevent stress cracks. The first firing at 950°C gives the object stability and dries it completely, while the second firing process at over to 1200°C ensures final strength and surface with the added glazes. This process makes each piece resistant, unique and gives it its characteristic, natural appeal with subtle handcraft traces.
