Every vargasvargas piece is handcrafted using traditional ceramic techniques. Each object ist shaped on the wheel or through hand-building, using a curated selection of clays and glazes. It’s the experimenting within the process, which makes every piece in the shop unique.

The production involves several precise stages: sculpting or shaping, trimming, sanding and glazing.

Each object undergoes two kiln firings: A bisque fire at around 950 °C and a final high-fire at 1250 °C. This technical process ensures durability, functionality while defining the individual character of the work.
